Time Meter version (from About dialog);
Time Meter registration code or user ID (if you're a registered user) - this will help us to process your request faster;
where did you get Time Meter (http or ftp site);
MS Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista version (including service packs and other fixes installed), US or international, OEM or not;
MS Office 2000/XP/2003/2007 version (including service packs and other fixes installed), US or international, OEM or not;
description of your problem (as much information as possible to retrieve the problem).
